Packed and shipped with care
We will do everything possible to deliver your order complete and free from breakage. That is why we pack each product carefully by hand.
We send our packages with DHL, in Belgium they are handed over to Bpost.
Delivery time
After placing the order, we will process the order quickly. All orders received on working days before 2 p.m. will be sent the same day.
As the order is on its way you will receive an email with track and trace, via that link you can follow the package. During special offers and holidays the delivery time may be longer.
Breakage during delivery
We pack every order carefully, unfortunately it happens that a product breaks during delivery. If the products are delivered damaged or broken, we would like to receive an e-mail as soon as possible with pictures of the breakage/damage. This e-mail may be sent to info@urnen.nl stating the corresponding order number and your name.
Returning products
At Urnen.nl you have 14 days after receiving the order to decide whether you want to keep the purchase.

We would like to receive the entire order, well packed, together with the completed return form. You must pay the return costs yourself.
As soon as we have received your order in good order, we will let you know via e-mail and the full amount of the order including the original delivery costs will be refunded to you within 14 days.

Return products must be undamaged and have the original packaging including the barcode sticker. Unfortunately, we cannot take back the products without a barcode sticker.Shipping information
